You may want to consult the Sun-Times as the week goes on (DeRo seems to be providing daily updates to this story) before going ahead and buying one of those Lollapalooza passes they plan on selling (beginning Thursday).
Not that it doesn't sound like fun to plunk down $35 in advance for a 2-day festival with no confirmed acts scheduled for a public space where the permits have yet to be applied for.
