First, a couple special events.

The 10th anniversary of Chicago-based Lakland Bass, makers of some of the world's finest bass guitars, will be marked with a Park West jam set for March 10. Scheduled performers include Lakland clients Duck Dunn, Bob Glaub, Darryl Jones, Joe Osborne and Jerry Scheff, all backed by Tributosaurus.

And as reported in today's papers, Bob Dylan and Merle Haggard are undertaking a co-headline tour that will stop at the Auditorium Theatre for five shows during the first week of April.
